Mesaipro Terms & Conditions

1. Use of the App

Mesaipro is designed to help users track work-related data such as salary, overtime, leave, and deductions.

• All data entered into the App is provided by the user.
• Calculations and insights are based on user-provided inputs.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• The App is intended for personal use only and should not be considered financial, legal, or accounting advice.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Certain features of Mesaipro may require a subscription (e.g., Pro features).
• Subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
• Mesaipro does not store or have access to your payment information.

3. Data & Storage

• Your data (such as salary, work events, and preferences) is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for backing up your data if needed.
• Deleting the App may result in loss of locally stored data.
• We are not responsible for any data loss caused by user actions or device issues.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, features, and functionality of Mesaipro are the intellectual property of Mesaipro.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without permission.

5. Privacy

Your use of Mesaipro is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mesaipro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations under all conditions.
• We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on the App.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
